It’s very simple! Choose your favorite product, select any applicable options such as color, size, or personalization, and click ‘Add to Cart’. When you’re done shopping, go to your cart and follow the steps to complete your purchase. Once your order is successfully placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

You can pay safely and easily via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, or direct bank transfer. All payments are processed through a secure connection, so your information is well protected.

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can usually still modify or cancel it. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order is already on its way, you may be able to return it after receipt (except for personalized products).

Yes, absolutely! You can purchase gift cards from us with a value of your choice. Please note, only our own gift cards can be purchased and redeemed; we do not sell or accept third-party gift cards. Our gift cards are perfect if you want to give someone an original gift but aren’t sure exactly what. Already have a gift card or discount code? You can enter it during checkout.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. For orders within the Netherlands, they usually range between €4.95 and €8.50, depending on the size and weight of the package. For orders over €125, shipping within the Netherlands is free.

Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days. This is the time we need to carefully prepare your order, especially for personalized or handmade products.

On top of this come the shipping times, depending on your location:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Europe: 2–11 business days
Outside the EU: 2–5 weeks

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow your package.

Please note: Around busy periods, such as holidays, delivery may take longer. The indicated delivery times are estimates; no rights can be derived from them.

Standard orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days. Personalized or custom-made products need a little extra care and time. The usual delivery time for these items is 3–7 business days (depending on the product and personalization).
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code.

Yes, we also ship to Belgium and other European countries! Shipping costs and delivery times vary per country. During checkout, you will see the current rates and shipping options for your location. We also ship to countries outside the EU. Please note that local customs may charge additional clearance or import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your package has not been delivered after a few days or weeks (depending on the destination country), or if there seems to be an issue with the delivery, please feel free to contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes! You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to actually return the products. Please note, there are some exceptions!

Make sure that the products, including all provided accessories and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging, are returned.

The costs for returning the products are your responsibility.

Yes, exchanges are possible! Please contact us directly. Together, we will explore the options and provide a suitable solution.

Yes, some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Products that are made to personal specifications
  • Digital downloads, due to their nature

As soon as we have received the return and everything is in order, we will credit the order amount. The owed amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days after notifying us of your return.

Our products are carefully selected and made from high-quality materials. Each product includes a clear description of the materials used, so you know exactly what you are receiving.

Yes! For many products, we offer personalization options such as names, initials, colors, design adjustments, and other customizations. Depending on the type of personalization, you can order it directly with the product of your choice or by contacting us. Please note: personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Each product has its own care instructions, which you can find on the product safety page. In general: keep handmade items out of direct sunlight, avoid moisture where necessary, and handle materials such as leather, wood, or textiles with care. Consult the product safety page for detailed information.

Absolutely! If you have questions about a product, such as dimensions, colors, or materials, you can always contact us via email or the contact form. We are happy to help you make an informed choice.

Many of our products are handmade and/or personalized. The handmade element varies per product: for example, our printed items feature unique, hand-drawn illustrations, and many pieces of jewelry are assembled by hand. This means that each item is unique in its own way.

Absolutely! Our products are not available everywhere, allowing you to give something truly special and unique. Whether it’s for a birthday, special occasion, or just because, our handmade and personalized items make a magical and personal gift.

Check your order upon receipt. If a product arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will ensure the issue is resolved quickly.

Sylluna is a brand of SB Designs Creations. While SB Designs Creations operates behind the scenes, it is the magical brand Sylluna that takes center stage, offering a home for all our magical products.

Both Sylluna and SB Designs Creations were founded by Susanne Boer, the creative heart behind the designs. From her love of illustration, nature, and magic, unique creations are born that bring the world of Sylluna to life.

Sylluna is an online webshop, but orders can also be picked up by appointment. Additionally, we regularly participate in markets, fairs, and events.
